- For Office Assistant Post : Application fee will be paid through online mode i.e. Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking etc.
- For Office Boy, Cook cum Housekeeper & Jr. Driver Post : Application fee shall be payable through Bank Draft.
- For Office Boy, Cook-cum-Housekeeper & Jr. Driver post pay the requisite fee through Bank Draft in the name of SJVN Ltd. - You can fill the application form online for the post of Office Assistant and you can download the application form for the post of Office Boy, Cook-cum-Housekeeper and Junior Driver from the official website of SJVN.
SELECTION PROCESS
- For Office Assistant: For Office Assistant : Selection Process consists of Computer Based Test of 100 Marks Typing Test (in Hindi and English) followed by Document Verification.payment of Application Fee.
- For Cook cum Housekeeper & Jr. Driver: The selection process consists of written test of 100 marks Through OMR Sheets, Trade Test (which will be conducted by SJVN) and then Documents verification.
- For Office Boy: The selection process consists of written examination through OMR sheet of 90 marks, with a weightage of one mark for each additional year of experience of the candidate up to a maximum of 10 marks (in addition to the prescribed experience of 5 years).
Test Centers/Examination centers:
For the post of Office Assistant, candidates have to choose from the following examination Center:
- Himachal Pradesh (Baddi/Bilaspur/Hamirpur/Kangra/Kullu/Mandi/Palampur/Shimla/Solan) candidates will have to select any two examination centers as Preference-1 and Preference-2 examination centers and the latter under any circumstances. No change will be considered.
- However, SJVN reserves the right To add/delete any test center and allot any center to the candidates.
- Whereas for the post of Office Boy, Cook cum Housekeeper and Junior Driver Test Centre/ Trade Test the center will be Shimla only.
